While researching for A Red Lotus, many activities, web sites, products, etc. are discovered that merit sharing but do not fit clearly within the theme of specific needs yoga resources for NYC. Therefore, a blog was started to share such ideas as well as to spotlight some great community ideas.

meditation options
There are so many meditation options in NYC that they merited dedicated spaces. A Red Lotus now has two wonderful meditation-related lists–a diverse list of ongoing meditation classes and a list of meditation-related workshops and courses. Although the meditation options typically are not focused on specific needs, they provide welcoming and adaptive environments.
